Deliver generated documents
Once your document is generated, you may want to save it somewhere or send it to someone. Deliveries allow you to automatically store or send generated documents.
For example, you can save the result document to OneDrive, Dropbox, or send it by email.
Add a delivery
To add a delivery, click the plus icon next to Delivery in the Process panel.
The list of available deliveries will appear:
You can create as many deliveries as needed. For example, you may want to save the document to OneDrive and then send it as an email attachment.
Note
Generated documents are available in the runs history for 24 hours.
You can use Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), Zapier, Make, and Integrately to handle documents generated by your process instead of deliveries or together with them.
Build dynamic email content (Modern engine)
When sending documents by email, you can format the email body using data from tokens. This allows you to create clear and well-organized emails. You can iterate over collections using lists and tables in the Modern engine to display dynamic data directly in the email body.
This makes it easy to include structured data, such as product lists, order summaries, or nested details, in your email notifications.
For example, you can generate a Sales Agreement and include a summary of its data in the email body.
The recipient will receive an email with a formatted body that displays data from the generated document in tables and lists:
To ensure correct formatting, follow the Tables and Lists syntax guidelines.
