Licensing details

Microsoft 365 version

By purchasing Org Chart for Microsoft 365 you get a subscription. You can choose your billing cycle — purchase for one year or pay month-to-month. The subscription is linked to a SharePoint Online domain (yourdomain.sharepoint.com). The subscription includes updates and Standard Support Plan.

There are three plans available:

  • Tree - The subscription plan supports up to 200 employees, unlimited end-users, and unlimited teams & pages.

  • Grove - The subscription plan supports up to 700 employees, unlimited end-users, and unlimited teams & pages.

  • Forest - The subscription plan supports up to 3000 employees, unlimited end-users, and unlimited teams & pages.

How does pricing work?

Each Org Chart plan has a number of employees as a limit. The number corresponds to employees accessible in your data source and its counting depends on a data source:

  • SharePoint list or Excel / CSV: the total number of items in the data source;

  • SharePoint user profiles or Entra ID: the number of employees loaded in Org Chart.

At the same time, an unlimited number of end-users can use the product. Also, you can add Org Chart to any number of SharePoint Pages and Microsoft Teams within the same Microsoft 365 tenant.

How to receive license?

You need to specify your SharePoint Online domain in the purchase form of our online store (yourdomain.sharepoint.com). Once your purchase is finished, the subscription for this domain will be activated automatically. If you forgot to specify the domain in the order form, contact our support team.

How to upgrade or renew subscription

You will receive an automatic email notification for subscription renewal. Alternatively, you can contact sales@plumsail.com to request an invoice for subscription renewal or to upgrade your current subscription plan.

Master service agreement

You are accepting the Master Service Agreement by using Plumsail Org Chart for Microsoft 365.

SharePoint SE/2019 version

By purchasing Org Chart for SharePoint SE/2019 you get a perpetual license. One license allows installation to two Web Front End servers (WFE). You need to purchase separate license for each two WFE servers you have. Find more information about WFE servers in this article. The license includes one year of updates and Standard Support Plan. The license is perpetual, but you can renew it to get one more year of Standard Support Plan and updates.

The same applies to Development license, except it can be installed to development or testing servers only and you don’t need to renew maintenance.

End-user license agreement

You are accepting the End-User License Agreement by using Plumsail Org Chart for SharePoint SE/2019.

Maintenance renewal

You will get automatic email notification for maintenance renewal. Alternatively you can contact sales@plumsail.com to request an invoice for subscription renewal.
