Standard Support Plan
This support plan is included to commercial license you purchase and allows to get help directly from the people who build our tools. Support term duration is a one year. The whole year you can create an unlimited number of support incidents and be sure to get a response within one calendar day. The main communication channel is email and, also, you will have access to community forums. The support team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you use subscription based product, this support plan is automatically renewed once you renew product subscription.
The support plan includes an unlimited number of support incidents. However, in order to keep providing the high level of support, all customers with at least fifteen times the average number of support requests will be reviewed by the support director.

Basic Support Plan
If your Standard Support Plan is expired, then Basic Support Plan is applied to your commercial license. Average ticket response time is 3 working days, but it is not a strict rule.
