The HelpDesk Widget serves as a Support Center for requesters, allowing them to review their tickets, add comments, attach files, and access a knowledge base. It can be embedded in a public website or a SharePoint site other than the one where HelpDesk is installed, ensuring that requesters only have access to their own tickets. The Support Center can also be added as a tab in Microsoft Teams.
