If your payment is processed by 2checkout (Verifone) follow the link to check the billings instructions.
You will need to enter a receipt reference and the email which you used when purchasing Documents. It may not match with the Plumsail account email.
In the account, you can find your subscription details, update the billing information and check out the invoice history.
