Use Plumsail Documents to create PDF files from a template—minimal setup, no need to create flows or zaps.
MS Power Automate
This section covers two ways to generate PDFs with Power Automate:
using a Word template and the Word Online (Business) connector,
using the Plumsail Documents connector.
Create Word template
To generate a PDF document, the easiest option is to create a Word template file first.
First, activate the Developer tab in the ribbon. Click File → Options, select Customize Ribbon in the dialog and activate the Developer tab in the right column:

Go to the Developer tab. Select any part of your text (for example, the Title) and mark it as a Plain Text content control:

Populate these sections via a flow. Upload templates to cloud storage (such as OneDrive) to use them in your processes.
