What are agents and comments?
The agent is a SharePoint user who processes tickets and gets notifications about their creation or modification. The agents are added to a "Contacts" list and have an accordant role in it. The comment is an email message sent to HelpDesk or a reply added through its interface, either public or private.
How does pricing work?
You can choose your billing cycle—purchase for one year or pay month-to-month. The subscription is linked to a SharePoint Online domain. Each plan includes different features and has limits on the monthly number of comments and the maximum number of agents. Find more information in licensing details.
How will I receive the license?
You need to specify your SharePoint Online domain in the purchase form of our online store (yourdomain.sharepoint.com). Completing the purchase activates the subscription. If the domain you entered in the order form is wrong, contact our support team.
Can I pay by bank transfer or American Express card?
Yes, we support different payment methods. Contact sales@plumsail.com to request an invoice with banking details and a payment link for Amex. The subscription activates automatically once the payment is complete. Ensure that you pay all bank fees associated with the transfer. Transferring an incomplete amount will block order processing and delay the delivery.
Is Plumsail HelpDesk secure?
Absolutely! We take security very seriously. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted at volume level using AES-256 encryption (one of the strongest block ciphers available). From engineering to deployment, we follow the highest standards of security. My company is tax-exempt. How can we purchase?
Request a tax-exempt invoice at sales@plumsail.com. Provide the following information in your message: the documents confirming your tax-exempt status, the products you need, and company details for billing.
How to get a higher plan?
You can start with a smaller plan and then upgrade it at any stage. We will reduce the upgrade price proportionally to the unused period of the current subscription. Contact sales@plumsail.com to get an upgrade.
