How does pricing work?

You can choose your billing cycle—purchase for one year or pay month-to-month. The subscription is linked to the SharePoint Online domain. Each plan has a monthly limit of comments and a maximum number of agents. A comment is a single ticket message sent to or from HelpDesk. Find more information in licensing details.

How will I receive the license?

You need to specify your SharePoint Online domain in the purchase form of our online store (yourdomain.sharepoint.com). Once your purchase is finished, the subscription for this domain will be activated automatically. If you forgot to specify the domain in the order form, contact our support team.

Can you invoice me?

Contact sales@plumsail.com. They will send you a payment link where you can pick a wire transfer payment method. After placing the order, you will get a proforma invoice and banking details for a wire transfer. Once the payment is processed, you will get a normal invoice by email. Pay all bank fees involved in the bank/wire transfer. Transferring an incomplete amount will block order processing and delay the delivery.

Is Plumsail HelpDesk secure?

Absolutely! We take security very seriously. Data in transit is encrypted with SSL/TLS protocols. Data at rest is encrypted using AES 256 bit standards (one of the strongest block ciphers available). My company has tax-exempt, how to buy?

Send documents confirming tax-exempt the list of products you want to buy to sales@plumsail.com. Don't forget to send your company details for billing information. Our sales team will provide you with a tax-exempt payment link.

How to switch to a higher plan?

You can start from a smaller plan and then upgrade to a higher plan anytime. We will subtract money from the price of a new plan according to the number of days you left on your current plan. Contact sales@plumsail.com to get an upgrade.
