Fields and controls
- The form content is organized using a Wizard container.
- Change options for the Position field in the field properties.
- The Email field accepts only valid email addresses. Change the pattern in the field properties.
- The Phone field is a masked input that accepts only 11-digit numbers formatted as 123-456-7890. Change the mask in the field properties.
- The History data table must contain at least one record. The validation is added using JavaScript.
- The form timeout is set to 10 seconds, then the form can be submitted again. You can change it in the form settings.
