Founded in 2012 by Ryuji Suzuki, Proud Partners is a provider of support for foreign workers under the Specified Skills scheme in Japan. This is a special program for laborers from other countries in Japan. Now, Proud Partners is number one in supporting foreigners working in the restaurant and construction industries. We support laborers throughout their entire journey, starting from initial consulting and helping with visa applications to addressing rental issues.
Proud Partners supports foreigners in finding work and applying for working visas in Japan. Due to the bureaucracy-heavy framework in Japan, a number of documents must be generated, completed, and signed before lodging visa applications. We handle this manually. However, the explosive increase in candidates meant we could not keep up with the admin work.
