How does pricing work?

For Forms for SharePoint Online, you can choose a billing cycle—pay for one year or month-to month. The subscription is linked to your SharePoint Online domain, ex. mydomain.sharepoint.com.

Forms for SharePoint 2019/SE is licensed per WFE-server. It’s a perpetual license but to continue receiving upgrades, getting assistance of our support team, or reissuing licenses after a year from the initial order, you must renew the maintenance on an annual basis.

What is a development license?

A development license for Forms for SharePoint 2019/SE is a perpetual license that can be used in test, stage, or development environments only. Each web front-end server requires a separate license. At least one production license is required to buy a development license. The maintenance is not needed for a development license to continue receiving upgrades.

My company is tax-exempt. How do I buy?

Send documents confirming your company’s tax-exempt status, your company details and a list of the products you want to purchase to sales@plumsail.com. Our sales team will then provide you with a tax-exempt payment link.

How to renew the subscription?

The subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period. This means you don't need to take any action to continue using the service. However, if you'd like to renew early, email us at sales@plumsail.comand we will send you an invoice to renew your subscription in advance.

How can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan?

Please email us at sales@plumsail.comand we'll send you an invoice for upgrade.

How will I receive the license?

For Forms for SharePoint Online, you need to specify your SharePoint Online domain at the checkout stage, ex. mydomain.sharepoint.com. Once your purchase is finished, the subscription for your Microsoft 365 tenant will be activated automatically. If you specified an incorrect domain name, email us at sales@plumsail.com.

For Forms for SharePoint 2019/SE on-premises, you will receive a link to the Server ID Generator tool. Run it on one of the servers of your farm as administrator, copy generated content and send it to sales@plumsail.com. Specify your order number, WFE-servers that require licenses, and the license types (production or development).

What is a Web Front End (WFE) server?

Web Front End (WFE) is a server that handles web page requests from users. Each time a user opens a SharePoint page in their browser, it is processed by a WFE server. SharePoint farm may contain multiple WFE servers. In this case, Network Load Balancer is distributing requests between them. This is how to scale SharePoint. Each WFE server requires a separate license of Forms for SharePoint 2019/SE.

How can I pay by wire transfer?

Please email us at sales@plumsail.com with your company details and a list of the products you want to purchase. In response, we will send you an invoice that includes banking details for a wire transfer. Be aware that you are responsible for any bank fees associated with the transfer. An incomplete payment may delay order processing and delivery.
