How does pricing work?

You can choose your billing cycle—purchase for one year or pay month-to-month. The subscription is linked to an email address. Each plan has a limit of file storage and a monthly limit of submissions. Find more information in licensing details.

How can I pay by wire transfer?

Please email us at sales@plumsail.com with your company details and a list of the products you want to purchase. In response, we will send you an invoice that includes banking details for a wire transfer. Be aware that you are responsible for any bank fees associated with the transfer. An incomplete payment may delay order processing and delivery.

How to renew the subscription?

The subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period. This means you don't need to take any action to continue using the service. However, if you'd like to renew early, email us at sales@plumsail.comand we will send you an invoice to renew your subscription in advance.

How to downgrade to a lower plan?

To downgrade to a lower plan or switch from an annaul to a monthly subscription, please email us at sales@plumsail.comand we'll send you an invoice for downgrading.

How is the subscription activated?

You need to specify the email associated with your Plumsail Forms account in the purchase form. Once your purchase is completed, the subscription for your account will be activated automatically. If you entered the wrong email address or want to switch the subscription to another account, email us at sales@plumsail.com.

My company is tax-exempt. How do I buy?

Send documents confirming your company’s tax-exempt status, your company details and a list of the products you want to purchase to sales@plumsail.com. Our sales team will then provide you with a tax-exempt payment link.

How to upgrade to a higher plan?

You can start from a smaller plan and then upgrade to a higher plan anytime. We will subtract money from the price of a new plan according to the number of days you left on your current plan. Follow this instruction to upgrade.

How to cancel the susbcription?

Are Plumsail Forms secure?

Absolutely! We take security very seriously. Data in transit is encrypted with SSL/TLS protocols. Data at rest is encrypted using AES 256 bit standards (one of the strongest block ciphers available).
