Legacy widgets

There is a new version of the HelpDesk widget (starting from the HelpDesk version 2.1.42) and it is not compatible with the old one.

Main differences between the new and legacy widget:

  • The new widget allows ticket creation without registration.

  • It offers performance improvements.

  • It supports embedding as a Microsoft Teams tab.

  • It can display the HelpDesk Knowledge Base when placed inside SharePoint.
