Manage and sync subscriptions across SharePoint and Pax8 using Plumsail Forms and Power Automate
The task was to build a SharePoint system for Lucidica to manage integration between our internal Managed Cloud Services (MCS) subscription platform and Pax8, a third-party reseller. It needed to create new subscriptions, sync existing license data into our in-house PSA/ERP (CORE4), and update subscriptions stored in Pax8.
From on-premise manual ticketing to automated SharePoint HelpDesk at Lucidica
Lucidica was using an on-premise ticketing system that was not integrated with SharePoint. The goal was to migrate the existing ticketing system to SharePoint Online and automate the process of ticket management, including notifications, status updates, and reporting.
