Phone integration: recording calls, transcription, direct calls from a ticket.
If we receive a lot votes for the same customization, we will include it into a future release for free.
Creation of new tickets by phone. A phone call and transcription will be attached to a new ticket.
An agent will be able to call to directly to a requester by clicking «Phone call» button in a ticket.
This functionality will be implemented by integration of HelpDesk with Twilio
web service. We can consider integration with another service.
