Can we add an approval process based on status?

Some of our tickets would require approval. Is it possible to add an approval process for some tickets, maybe based on status?

Thank you for your question.

You can use triggers to run SharePoint workflows according to some conditions. Then you can create custom SharePoint workflow to implement some logic, for example, some kind of approval.
