Org based on a SharePoint list

If I have an Org Chart based on a custom list and add extra columns to list can I somehow use those extra columns in the box template?

Thank you for your message.

You can add the additional fields to the box template on "Box Template" step of the configuration wizard.
Choose needed field from the list and press "Add field" button.
You can change the order of fields by drag and drop.
