Job Application Form

Use this online job application form to gather information from job seekers during the hiring process. This form asks for all the information needed to make a hiring decision, such as work experience, salary desired, and personal information. Applicants can also write a brief description and attach their resumes.  Use the template as is or modify it to suit your requirements.

Fields and controls

  • The form content is organized using a Wizard container.
  • The Position field is required.
  • Change options for the Position field in the field properties.
  • The Email field accepts only valid email addresses. Change the pattern in the field properties.
  • The Phone is a masked input field that accepts only 11-digit numbers of the following formatting (123-456-7890). Change patterns in the field properties.
  • The History data table should contain at least one record. The validation is added using the JavaScript function.
  • The form timeout is set to 10 seconds, after which the form can be submitted again. You can change it in the form settings.


  • Custom validation is added using the addValidator() method to ensure that the History table contains at least one record.
