Data residency

We have servers in various regions and are continuously adding new ones, allowing you to choose a data center location that best suits your needs.

• Australia

• European Union

• the United States

Select data center

You can select the data center region when registering a Plumsail account. This is where your data will be stored and processed according to the Data Processing Agreement. During account registration, Plumsail automatically detects your region. However, you can choose a different region, as shown in the screenshot below.

If you want to change the data center location and have already created a Plumsail account, we recommend recreating it and selecting the correct location. If this doesn’t work for you, please contact us at support@plumsail.com, and we will try to assist you.

After registering, you can always refer to account settings and find your current data center location.
