Plumsail Actions is hosted on Microsoft Azure, with servers in various regions that we continuously expand to improve processing. Your data will be stored and processed in the data center you select during registration, and we offer multiple global locations, including the EU, to ensure GDPR compliance.
Select data center
You can select the data center region when registering a Plumsail account. This is where your data will be stored and processed according to the Data Processing Agreement. During account registration, Plumsail automatically detects your region. However, you can choose a different region, as shown in the screenshot below.
If you want to change the data center location and have already created a Plumsail account, we recommend recreating it and selecting the correct location. If this doesn’t work for you, please contact us at support@plumsail.com, and we will try to assist you.
