Support Plans
Standard Support Plan
This support plan comes with the commercial license you purchase, granting you direct access to assistance directly from the team behind our tools. The support term is valid for one year. During this time, you can submit an unlimited number of support requests and can expect a response within one business day. Our primary communication channel is email, and you'll also have access to our community forums.
For subscription-based products, the support plan will automatically renew when you renew your subscription.
The support plan includes an unlimited number of support incidents. However, in order to keep providing the high level of support, all customers with at least fifteen times the average number of support requests will be reviewed by the support director.

Basic Support Plan
If your Standard Support Plan expires, your commercial license will automatically switch to our Basic Support Plan. With this plan, you can expect an average response time of about 3 working days, but this is not a strict timeframe.
