Outlook mailbox permissions

In case you want to grant permissions to an Outlook mailbox and the mailbox is different from your mailbox use the instructions.

  1. Go to Exchange admin center - Mailboxes.

2) Click on the mailbox you wish to use for sending emails. On the right panel with mailbox settings go to the Delegation tab and click Edit button in the Send on behalf section.

  1. Then select an account that will be used for grant access to the mailbox and click Save and Confirm.

  1. Perform the same steps for the Read and manage section.
