Upgrade HelpDesk

Upgrade manager allows you to install updates on your HelpDesk.

Also, it provides information about the HelpDesk version and subscription plan. Information about all HelpDesk versions you can find on the Version history page.

Navigate to the Settings page using the left navbar and then click on the About link.


You will see the interface of the upgrade manager.

On the picture above you can see that HelpDesk has version 2.1.19 and at the moment this version is up to date.

Also you can see the Subscription Plan and the Expiration date.

If a version of your HelpDesk is not up to date and your account has “Manage Web” permissions, you’ll see the list of updates with full description of each update.

Update Available

To install an update click Update button.
