Improved support for multiple mailboxes
This feature will help you to reply to customers from the same address that received an original ticket message. If we receive a lot votes for the same customization, we will include it into a future release for free.Request Customization
The current version of HelpDesk allows you to create multiple helpdesks for multiple support mailboxes, you can even forward messages from multiple support mailboxes to a single helpdesk, but all replies will be sent from a single address. This new feature will help you to reply to customers from the same address that received an original message. This will help you to send more customer friendly messages and avoid confusion.
