Trial Version activation issues

Hi there,

I am currently using the trial version of this app. It works fine on the original Team site that I added and activated the app to. However, if I add it to any other site within the same site collection/domain and try to activate the ribbon I get the error message 'Unable to update ribbon buttons.'

When I go to the Team site, within the ribbon the app button is there but disabled even after I managed to get the ribbon added on one of the site. Is this happening as I am still using the trial version?

Thank you for your message.

Probably you are trying to enter the wrong credentials for adding the ribbon button. Your login can be in account@yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com format or it can be some special login from your domain if you are using Single Sign-On.

Note: You may need to clear browser cache after adding ribbon button.
