Founded in 2012 by Ryuji Suzuki Proud Partners is a provider of support for foreign workers under the Specified Skills scheme in Japan. This is a special program for laborers from other countries in Japan. Now Proud Partners is No. 1 at the number of supported foreigners working in the restaurant and construction industries. The company supports laborers along their entire journey, starting from the initial consulting and helping with visa applications ending with rental issues.
The challenge
Proud Partners supports foreigners in finding work and applying for working visas in Japan. Due to the bureaucracy-heavy framework in Japan, there are a number of documents that have to be generated, completed and signed before lodging visa applications. The Proud Partners team were handling this manually. But the explosive increase in candidates meant they could not keep up with the admin work.
The solution
With the help of Plumsail Documents, the whole process of handling visa applications is automated as much as possible. Plumsail allows documentation to be generated from within the company recruitment records and sent to the appropriate person, limiting the amount of manual labor required.
