At Erevena, they have many processes where information is collected in one format (including online surveys) and then needs to be presented in Word or PDF documents.
"We found that collecting this information and then manually entering it into Word was taking far too much time."
The solution
Using Plumsail Documents the Erevena teams have managed to automate their processes and send emails and save documents to the shared library without having to do anything.
Online survey responses, connected to Plumsail Documents in Zapier, automatically fill in the placeholders in documents. Thus, the automation starts by simply clicking the submit button.
The results
This document automation allowed to cut back loads of time spent formatting survey responses and increase productivity.
Now it's decided to amend other processes (in addition to those ones that necessitated the change) to be able to use Plumsail Documents to improve business efficiency even more.
